2024 Fall Symposium

The Pharmaceutical Management Science Association (PMSA) is excited to announce the opening of the submission window for both workshop proposals and abstract submissions for our upcoming 2024 Fall Symposium. This is your opportunity to showcase your expertise, share your insights, and contribute to the advancement of our field.

Submission Review:
The PMSA Professional Development Committee will review and score the submissions to select high-quality abstracts that align with the Symposium’s goals and theme. We look forward to your innovative and impactful submissions that will make the 2024 PMSA Fall Symposium a resounding success.

Speaker Benefits:
Presenters will be offered a discounted registration rate. Please note that travel and hotel accommodation are the responsibility of the presenter.

• Submission Notifications Sent: Week of August 19, 2024
• Deadline to Accept Invitation: September 4, 2024
• Draft Presentation Due: September 16, 2024

Workshop Abstract Requirements

• Duration: 90 minutes – including 10-15 minutes for Q&A
• Description of Workshop: Provide a detailed description of the workshop, including its objectives, target audience, and expected outcomes (Max 500 words).
• Learning Objectives: List 2-3 specific learning objectives. What should attendees be able to do or understand by the end of the session?
• Agenda: Submit in PDF or Word format, including timestamps and built-in blocks of time for Q&A.
• Technical Approach: Describe the hands-on component and/or case studies to be reviewed (Max 300 words).
• Presenter Information: Full name, credentials, email address, company, and title for all presenters and co-authors.

Podium Presentation Abstract Requirements

• Duration: 45 minutes – including 5-10 minutes for Q&A
• Abstract: Provide a detailed abstract of your presentation, including its objectives, key points, and significance (Max 500 words).
• Learning Objectives: List 2-3 specific learning objectives.
• Presenter Information: Full name, credentials, email address, company, and title for all presenters and co-authors.
